Main responsibilities:

Proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side:

  •   Design of fuctional HR strategy;
  •   Performance management, Talent management, Recruiting key talents for the internal client (Development centers, Development Programs);
  •   Employee engagement, grading;
  •   Facilitating the management team to bring best solutions for employees;
  •   Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions (Career Path);
  •   Challenge the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes (Organizational Design);
  •   Development of HR team;
  •   Salary increase, Bonus calculations, Budgeting, Forecasting, FTE planning;
  •   Labor relations;
  •   Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes.

Professional knowledge and skills:


  •   6+ years of experience in HR, 3+ years in a role of HR Business Partner;
  •   Higher education;
  •   Fluent English;
  •   Knowledge of Russian Labour Law and main HR processes;
  •   Customer orientation;
  •   Ability to work in cross functional teams;
  •   Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  •   Ability to deal with complex problems and to bring solutions.
