Head of Master Data Department (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities:

Role implies responsibility for the three significant areas in the Supply Chain:

  • Master Data management (a single source of basic business article data used in various systems, applications, and processes, range of article characteristics from names and logistic data to brands, categories, etc.)
  • Electronic Data interchange (widely spread standardized international technology; Not legally significant electronic interchange of the orders, delivery notifications, receipt notifications, invoices. All the electronic documents are needed to optimize and improve the quality and speed of logistics operations related to orders and goods reciepts from the suppliers)
  • Metro- Link portal for suppliers (Web-based platform for effective collaboration with suppliers: reporting sharing, single point of contact for suppliers).

Required skills:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in:
    • Project and Team management;
    • IT architecture / data warehousing, data quality, master data management (would be preferable)
    • Leadership / participation in the transformation of business processes and changes in the organization
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical, structuring and presentation skills
    • Aware of big picture while attends to details;
    • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with other teams - demonstrates good partnership with colleagues;
    • High work efficiency, ability to work under pressure and in a time constraints
  • Requirements:
    • Confident user of MS Office: Excel, Visio, Power Point
    • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Bonus experience:
    • Knowledge of MCC processes, understanding of interconnection between the processes;
    • Basic knowledge of MCC RU IT systems and their connections;
    • A cross functional knowledge background (Offer Mngmt,Merchandising, Logistics, Operations, Delivery, eCommerce).
